Day 1

BHOPAL

Arrive in Bhopal and settle into the rhythm of Central India. Meet the Freedom Riderss crew, get introduced to your motorcycle and take a relaxed test ride. The adventure begins with a journey through forests, wildlife, ancient temples and the spiritual heart of India.

Day 2

Bhopal to Satpura National Park

Distance: 250 Kms | 7 hours km

Leave Bhopal behind and ride into the greener heart of Madhya Pradesh. Winding roads lead towards Satpura, where teak forests, hills and waterways create a rich wilderness on the edge of the central Indian highlands.

Satpura to Pench National Park

Distance: 140 Kms | 5 hours km

A beautiful ride towards Pachmarhi, Madhya Pradesh’s highest hill station. Winding through forested country, arrive in Pachmarhi and explore its waterfalls, caves and viewpoints, including Bee Falls, Jatashankar and Dhupgarh.

Pachmarhi to Pench National Park

Distance: 240 Kms | Ride Time: 6 hours km

Leave Pachmarhi behind and ride south towards Pench. The roads become quieter as we enter teak country, with open grasslands and river valleys marking the approach to one of Central India’s great wildlife regions.

Pench To Kanha National Park

Distance: 220 Kms | 7 hours km

Ride deeper into Central India through forested hills and rural landscapes. By the time we reach Kanha, the scenery has transformed into vast sal forests, open meadows and a landscape shaped by its extraordinary wildlife.

Kanha To Bandhavgarh

Distance: 205 kms | Ride Time: 7 hours km

Follow quiet roads through the forest belt towards Bandhavgarh. Dense woodland and open grasslands accompany the ride before we settle into a secluded jungle lodge, surrounded by the sounds of the wilderness.

Bandhavgarh

A full day to experience Bandhavgarh at its own pace. Explore the wilderness, discover its ancient landscapes and immerse yourself in one of Madhya Pradesh’s most celebrated tiger territories.

Bandhavgarh to Khajuraho

Distance: 215 Kms 7 hours km

Leave the forests behind and ride towards Khajuraho. The countryside gradually gives way to one of India’s great architectural treasures — a remarkable group of ancient temples celebrated for their intricate stonework and sculpture.

Khajuraho Exploration Day

Take your time discovering Khajuraho and its magnificent temples. Wander through the intricate carvings and architecture, uncovering stories of mythology, devotion and everyday life etched into the stone.

Khajuraho to Orccha

Distance: 178 kms | 5 Hours km

Ride through the countryside of Madhya Pradesh towards Orchha, an atmospheric medieval town on the banks of the Betwa River. Explore its palaces, temples and cenotaphs — remnants of the royal world of Bundelkhand.

Orccha to Chitrakoot

Distance: 280 Kms | 7 Hours km

Continue east towards Chitrakoot, a place deeply woven into Hindu mythology. Rural roads lead through a quieter side of Madhya Pradesh, towards forests, rivers and sacred sites associated with the Ramayana.

Chitrakoot to Varanasi

Distance: 250 kms | 7 hour km

Our final riding day takes us to Varanasi, where the journey moves from wilderness and ancient kingdoms into one of India’s most profound spiritual centres. Arrive on the banks of the Ganges as the atmosphere changes completely.

Varanasi Exploration Day

A day to experience Varanasi beyond the motorcycle. Explore its ancient lanes and temples, wander along the ghats and witness the rituals of the Ganges as the city comes alive around you.
