Embark on an epic 13-day Himalayan riding adventure through Ladakh’s most breathtaking landscapes. Conquer iconic destinations including Khardung La, Pangong Lake, Tso Moriri, and the world’s highest motorable pass, Umling La at 19,024 ft. Day 1

Arrive in Leh By flight

Arrive in Leh, the gateway to Ladakh, surrounded by the immense scale of the Himalayas. Take the day to slow down, settle into the altitude and let the rhythm of the mountains begin.

Day 2

Leh Acclimatisation Day

A relaxed day to acclimatise properly to the altitude. We begin with a tour briefing and introduction to your motorcycle, followed by a gentle test ride to get comfortable before the adventure begins. Later, explore Leh’s old town, monasteries and Tibetan-Buddhist heritage, with time to ease into life at high altitude.

Leh to Nubra Valley

Distance: Distance: 160 kms | Ride Time: 6 hours km

The first real ride takes us over Khardung La and into the vast Nubra Valley. High passes give way to a striking high-altitude desert, scattered villages and the towering peaks of the Karakoram. Tonight, experience the warmth of a traditional Ladakhi home.

Nubra To Pangong Lake

Distance: Distance: 160 kms | Ride Time : 5-7 Hours km

Leave Nubra behind and climb back into the high country. Follow a spectacular mountain route towards Pangong Tso, where barren ridges suddenly give way to the deep blue waters of this legendary Himalayan lake.

Pangong Lake To Tso Moriri

Distance: Distance: 190 kms | Ride Time : 6-7 Hours km

One of the defining rides of the journey. Cross the remote Changthang plateau through vast open country, isolated settlements and high mountain passes before reaching the serene waters of Tso Moriri. Few places offer this sense of freedom and isolation.

Tso Moriri To Hanle

Distance: Distance: 160 kms | Ride Time : 4-5 Hours km

Leave Tso Moriri and continue east into Changthang. The road winds across high plains where the horizon seems endless, eventually bringing us to Hanle — a tiny settlement surrounded by silence, open skies and some of Ladakh’s most striking terrain.

Hanle to Umling La to Hanle

Distance: Distance: 210 kms | Ride Time : 7-8 Hours km

The ultimate high-altitude riding day. Climb towards Umling La at 19,024 ft, following a road that cuts through an immense and almost untouched corner of Ladakh. At this altitude, the scale of the Himalayas is hard to comprehend. Return to Hanle after an unforgettable day in the high country

Hanle To Sakti

Distance: Distance: 160 kms | Ride Time : 5-6 Hours km

Turn west and begin the journey back towards central Ladakh. Cross lonely mountain passes and sweeping valleys as the character of the terrain slowly changes. By evening, arrive in the quiet village of Sakti.

Sakti to Lamayuru

Distance: Distance: 150 kms | Ride Time : 5-6 Hours km

A day of changing scenery and winding mountain roads. Follow the route west through high passes and rugged valleys before descending towards Lamayuru, home to an ancient monastery set among surreal rock formations.

Day 10

Lamayuru to Padum

Distance: Distance : 190 kms | Ride Time : 8 Hours km

Today we enter Zanskar. The road cuts through a wild landscape of towering walls, narrow valleys and remote settlements before reaching Padum, the cultural heart of the valley. Explore its monastery and local
markets and experience a way of life that has remained largely untouched.

Padum to Kargil

Distance: Distance : 231 kms | Ride Time : 7 Hours km

Leave Zanskar behind and follow the road towards Kargil. The scenery shifts once again, from the stark valleys of Zanskar to the greener river corridors and rugged peaks of the western Himalayas.

Day 12

Kargil to Leh

Distance: Distance : 208 kms | Ride Time : 06 Hours km

Our final ride brings us back to Leh. Follow the mountain roads through some of the region’s most memorable terrain, with one last chance to take in the scale of the Himalayas before returning to the starting point.
